What is PGS?
Our Professional Growth Seminar (PGS), held every 18 months, is the forum we provide for Kolbe Certified™ Consultants to keep current with Kolbe training. The Kolbe Wisdom is not an outdated or dead dying theory, it is a growing, evolving, living framework for understanding human performance applying this knowledge in real-world situations. The only way to keep up with the advancements and theories, tools, and applications Kolbe Corp has to offer is to attend PGS.

The seminar is specifically designed for those who have already attained a solid understanding of our products. Rather than simply offer a "refresher" on the knowledge attendees already have, we train them on how to better apply their skills and teach them about the conceptual breakthroughs that have happened every year. In addition, we bring in executive-level guest speakers who discuss the current trends and demands of the business world. Finally, PGS is an opportunity for those applying Kolbe services to interact with each other in an informal setting to learn how those with similar challenges have used Kolbe to solve problems and improve their companies and careers.
