William K. Rapp, President of Kolbe International, has more than 30 years of experience in finance, marketing and organizational development.

Rapp's effectiveness as a consultant has been honed by hands-on domestic and international management experience. Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, he has traveled extensively on special assignments for his worldwide consulting practice and resided in Argentina and Brazil for 10 years in executive positions for Citicorp.

Mr. Rapp has significant experience in international environments:

• He joined the Valley National Bank of Arizona (now Bank One) in 1974 where he was responsible for the bank's worldwide activities as leader of the International Division.
• He has served at a senior level in state government as a loaned executive to the Governor of the State of Arizona
• He is a founding member and Chairman Emeritus of the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations.

Will has served as a guest lecturer, moderator and panelist for conferences throughout the world. Whether speaking on the international debt crisis, multicultural approaches to management or maximizing employee productivity, he is highly rated by audiences for his ability to clarify issues and offer thoughtful insights as a platform speaker and trainer.

Will earned his Masters of Business Administration in International Business from the University of California (Berkeley) and his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
