Coaching
Once another person's MO (Mode of Operation) is known, you can be helpful in coaching that person to best use his/her natural way of problem solving. For example, should you know that your partner needs a great deal of information before being ready to make a decision, you can encourage researching or networking as methods of becoming thoroughly informed on the risks and rewards of taking certain steps.
We are most productive, work with less stress, and get a greater sense of accomplishment when tasks are done in ways that are true to our instinctive nature.
The real challenge comes in those daily situations that might require us to work against our grain. It is possible to learn techniques that allow us to cope with these temporary situations that will stress us if they turn into long-term requirements of the job or home environment. The Kolbe Wisdom is valuable in teaching us how to help ourselves and to coach others through these potentially stressful situations.
