Kolbe Certification is held every other month in Phoenix, AZ. The next Kolbe Certification is June 9-11, 2008.

What is it?

Kolbe Certification is an immersive three-day training program that provides organizational leaders, management consultants and professional coaches an in-depth understanding of the Kolbe System™ and foundational theory. This highly interactive learning experience covers the tools and knowledge needed to become an in-house or independent Kolbe specialist. Participants also receive training on how to generate and interpret Kolbe WAREwithal® online management reports to optimize team performance.

Why do I need it?

Certification provides you with the knowledge and insights to use Kolbe Indexes and software to identify people's natural talents and help individuals and organizations utilize those talents productively. Certified specialists are also required to attend Kolbe's Professional Growth Seminar (PGS), held every 18 months in Phoenix, AZ, in order to maintain their certified status and stay up to date with the latest applications and technology.

Kolbe Corp is accredited by IACET. Those who successfully complete Kolbe Certification are qualified for up to 2 Continuing Education Units (CEU).
