Kolbe External Specialist (KES) Status - External

Kolbe External Specialist's maintain an independent business or professional practice while using the Kolbe Wisdom™ to enhance the services they offer their clients. Kolbe Corp selects only top level professionals for this program. We currently have external specialists practicing in the fields of management consulting, psychology, financial planning and career consulting.

KES candidates must attend a three day seminar and may be required to complete an extended training program under the direction of a Kolbe Master Trainer.

Upon successful completion of the assigned course work and interpretations, the KES is required to sign a standard Licensing Agreement in accordance with KCs standard Policies and Procedures and Principles of Ethics.

Once licensed the KES may administer, interpret, and apply Kolbe's system to individuals and managers in their client organizations. Financial rewards come through adding value to existing consulting practices with the introduction of the Kolbe Wisdom. Income potential is enhanced while helping clients to increase productivity and employee job satisfaction.

Kolbe Specialist (KS) Status - Internal

Employees of organizations may become certified to administer, interpret, and apply the Kolbe Wisdom only within their organizations.

Kolbe Specialists come from line management, staff support, human resources, and all other parts of the organization. CEOs and senior managers of organizations have become certified in order to use the Kolbe process in their day-to-day organizational decisions.

KS candidates attend a three-day training seminar and are given course work to assist them in learning the Kolbe process.

Participants are asked to complete a Kolbe A™ Index and a Kolbe B™ Index prior to attending a seminar. These indexes will be used during the seminar for practice interpretations.

Upon successful completion of the assigned course work and interpretations, KSs are required to sign a standard Licensing Agreement in accordance with Kolbe Corp's standard Policies and Procedures and Principles of Ethics.

Once licensed, KSs may administer, interpret, and apply Kolbe's system and its products to individuals and managers only within the organization employing them.

How to be certified to use Kolbe

Interested persons from all fields and professions are encouraged to apply for training and certification in the administration, interpretation, and application of the Kolbe Wisdom.

Certification begins when a small group of peers are invited by Kolbe Corp to participate in a training seminar. Invitations to the seminar are based on experience, expertise in an industry, and values that each participant will bring to the application of the Kolbe Wisdom. In order to receive an invitation to certification, your application must first be accepted by Kolbe Corp.

Seminars are led by Kathy Kolbe, Founder of Kolbe Corp, and others who have attained the status of Master Consultant. Interaction allows individuals to practice interpretations as well as gain insight into the prescriptive nature of the consultant's role.
